How do I request an Approved Partner Library deployment for my Clarity environment in GCP?

Release : All Supported Releases

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Resolution

Please open a case with Broadcom support, providing the below information:

• Environment URL (Mandatory):
• Approval for downtime (from PSC):
• Preferred Scheduled activity information (date & time):

Requirements:

• Requests will require 48 hours advanced notice prior to the proposed scheduled date.
• Requests will require a 2 hour downtime. 

The following to be provided by the Partner (HCL, Rego, or other): 

• Artifactory URL(Mandatory):
• Deployment Document (Mandatory):
