Issue/Introduction

With the ongoing GCP migration efforts, we are no longer doing any new ODATA Set up in our existing data center.

In October 2019, we announced that we are moving our SaaS infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform. The migration activity is in full swing and all of our resources are completely dedicated to help our customers transition to the new platform. Due to this reason we will not be able to accommodate these requests. We recommend you contact our SaaS transition team at [email protected] to know your SaaS transition schedule and the possibility to have that moved up to take advantage of newer version of Clarity. Each customer that gets transitioned to our new infrastructure will automatically be upgrade to the latest GA version of the application.

In GCP, every new customer and migrating customer will have the HDP/ODATA.
