Workflow with 2 approvals but rejected on 3 rejections?

Issue/Introduction

I would like to know if it is possible to create a workflow where I put per example, 4 approvers, if two of them approve the item, the workflow is completed, but if 3 out of 4 reject, the workflows stops without given the access.

Is it possible?

Environment

Release : 14.2, 14.3, 14.4

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Resolution

A workflow process cannot be setup to allow approval with only 2 Yes, but also reject on 3 No's.

The workflow would complete immediately once 2 folks have approved, never giving the approval or rejection option to the 3rd or 4th approval.
You maybe able to design 4 different approval paths and only analyze the 4 answers after all 4 approvals have been completed, but this would require that all 4 approvals be completed before any action is taken.

It would be much simpler to set both approval and rejection to both be based on 3 out of 4 replies.
