Issue/Introduction

Peoplesoft jobs fail with the following in the agent log:
U02000009 Job 'job name here' with RunID '12373880' ended with return code '13'.

A trace is also generated with the following:
Caused by: psft.pt8.joa.JOAException: bea.jolt.JoltRemoteService(PSBusComp)call(): Timeout

Cause

Network problem with JOLT service handler

Resolution

Check firewall configuration between Peoplesoft agent and Peoplesoft server.
