CICS ENF 71 not receiving updated access (ENF Notification) to Top Secret ACID

Issue/Introduction

CICS not receiving updated access to ACID .  Top Secret Dumps reviewed show that CICS is not receiving the ENF notification.

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

CICS ENF 71 does not work with a user that is directly signed on to the region.

For example, an ACID signs on to TOR then reroutes over to AOR, and a new profile is added to the user. The AOR is notified only.
One would need to either issue a TSS REFRESH for the user or signoff and back on. 

For a directly signed on user that has a terminal one would need to do one of the following to update the user in the region:

1. Issue TSS REFRESH(acid) JOBNAME(*) => (Recommended) Which would cause the acid to be updated on the next security call in the region.

2. Recycle the region ( NOT RECOMMENDED)

3. Signoff and sign back on => (Recommended if practical)
