Performance Center UI is showing the following on the web page.

Performance Center web UI doesn't render properly.

The issue is observed in all supported browsers.

Undetermined at this time. Logging in this instance was not able to be provided. As a result specific errors in logs to seek when this is seen are not known, nor is a root cause.

Resolution

Restarted the Performance Center web services resolved the problem.
