We are testing agent and client installation on new type of virtual machines provisioned in Azure cloud.

We face following issue to run any CLI command from that agent/client setup:

autorep -J ALL

CAUAJM_E_10106 Failed to determine currently logged in user.
CAUAJM_E_00088 Could not get host information for [xxxxxxxx]. Not started.
CAUAJM_E_50033 Error initializing tx subsystem: CAUAJM_E_10032 Unable to create server object for host [xxxxxxxx].

Agent installed on that host is responding to autoping from scheduler side.
Basic network checks confirms that communication on ports 7163 and 7520 is possible in both ways.

Release : 11.3.6
