Issues with CLI commands on autosys client host

Issue/Introduction

The following error was seen when trying to execute autorep from a command line

CAUAJM_E_10106 Failed to determine currently logged in user.
CAUAJM_E_00088 Could not get host information for [xxxxxxxx]. Not started.
CAUAJM_E_50033 Error initializing tx subsystem: CAUAJM_E_10032 Unable to create server object for host [xxxxxxxx].

 

Environment

Release : 12.x

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

Either install and start the nscd service or update the /etc/hosts file with the correct ip and hostname for the local host's name.
