Issue/Introduction

In the ACF2 GSO records, VTAM OPEN=NO is set.

Yet a SHOW ALL displays the following:

Where is VTAM-OPEN(YES) set and how can it be displayed?

Resolution

ACF2 has intercepts that are added during the IPL. 
Immediately after the IPL, they will all say NO. 
The first time any intercept is used, the value will change to YES for the life of the IPL.
