In Service Point, after adding a comment or attaching a file, timeline does not update immediately unless full page is refreshed

Issue/Introduction

Customer is on 17.2, and observed that in Service Point, they can make a comment / attach file. But that change is not immediately refreshed on the same screen, unless they do a full browser refresh of that page.

Cause

casm.conf.js was coded improperly with websockets (PUSH microservice) pointing to the same port number of Collaboration microservice.

Note: customer was using SSL, so wss is being used below

Component : XFLOW INTERFACE FOR SDM

Resolution

Identify the correct port number for Push microservice  (serviceconfig.xml  or PUSHMICROSERVICE_config.txt) and use that in the file, Save the file and refresh browser.  xFlow restart is normally not needed
