Issue/Introduction

Device is not getting showing system health statistics in DX Netops Performance Management

Environment

Release : 3.7

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Resolution

Admnistration->Monitored Items Management->Monitored Devices 

Click the Search tab and search for and select the device.

Once on that page, you would want to:

   a) Click the Polled Metric Families tab.

   b) Select the row for the CPU Metric Family (not the text)

     Click "Update Metric Family"

 c) Repeat b) for the Memory Metric family
