Issue/Introduction

For the JBOSS agent,  we have set in the IntroscopeAgent.profile:

introscope.agent.jmx.enable=true
introscope.agent.jmx.name.filter=jboss.modules*type=ModuleLoader,jboss.as*subsystem=jca,jboss.as*subsystem=datasources,java.lang|type=Threading:*ThreadCount,java.lang|type=ClassLoading*:*ClassCount 
introscope.agent.jmx.excludeStringMetrics=true

But in pool APM reports, only max and min size appear there is no current pool metric.

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : APM Agents

Resolution

 The below messages in logs indicate that the data is not available in the JMX server. we can see SuccessfulPollCount is zero. Support didn't find any issues from the APM Agent side.

We recommend cross-verify the values with other JMX viewing tools like JConsole.
