Custom NCM firmware script will not run for devices in Juniper Junos device family.

Issue/Introduction

When trying to use a custom firmware script for devices in the Juniper Junos Device family, you may receive the following error:

 

"2]: Can't open perl script <ip address of device>: No such file or directory".

 

 

Furthermore, if you run the same script for devices in a custom device family it will work successfully.

Resolution

This is a known issue. Please reach out to Spectrum Support to request the following patch which will resolve the issue.
