iXP displays CAUAJM_E_10880 error while retrieving job details.

Issue/Introduction

After installing iXp on Windows Server 2016, when executing Job Information -> Job Definition, following error message is displayed.

Resource bundle is not available while looking for key="CAUAJM_E_10880".


or when running Job Information -> Detailed Report, we have following error messages:

Resource bundle is not available while looking for key="job_rep_jobname_FLD". Resource bundle is not available while looking for key="job_rep_laststart_FLD". Resource bundle is not available while looking for key="job_rep_lastend_FLD". Resource bundle is not available while looking for key="job_rep_2charstatus_FLD". Resource bundle is not available while looking for key="job_rep_run_FLD". Resource bundle is not available while looking for key="job_rep_priorityexitcode_FLD".

Resolution

In AdminTool, select 'Instance' , choose ''AUTOSERV" and on left pane select 'Environment".

You do NOT need to place the path between double quotes.

Example:

For "AUTOSYS" :
    E:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Workload Automation AE\autosys

For "AUTOUSER" :
    E:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Workload Automation AE\autouser.ACE
