SV-VSE service getting stopped - When I restart MQ Stubs -NullPointerException

Issue/Introduction

I am having an issue stopping MQ stubs on the 4 VSEs.  I am getting the following error

{{"error":{"type":"NullPointerException","message":null}}

then when I refresh all of the mocks on the VSE disappear in the portal.  I have to restart the enter VSE service on the box to get them to come back.

Environment

Release : 10.4, 10.6

Resolution

patch_DE458541_10.4.0.jar  resolved the issue

patch_DE453115_10.6.0_GA.jar

Coppy this patch to to DEVTEST-HOME\lib\patches folder
