Issue/Introduction
Thousands of the following netqos error messages are seen in the $SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/stdout.log (Windows) or catalina.out (Linux) file.
May 19, 2020 21:54:08.972 (pool-3-thread-1) (NetqosSyncLog) - (ERROR) - Error while updating item_model_mapping table for MH : 0x4c1b1d, error-message : 0x4c1b1d: The CAPC_Item_Id attribute does not exist for the model.

Resolution
This issue has been addressed in the 10.04.01.PTF_10.4.120a. This patch requires the 10.4.1_BMP_10.4.101b patch be installed first.
