How to configure the Overdue Timesheet Notifications. We need to send this notification automatically to users who have overdue timesheets.


Environment

Release : All Supported Clarity releases

Component : CA PPM TIME MANAGEMENT

Resolution

To change the Overdue Notifications, you can do the following:

  1. Go to Administration - Notifications - Overdue

Timesheet - Overdue

  1. Edit the notification, and save.

 

Note that this notification does NOT send out automatically. To use it you must do the following:

1. PM connects to the Timesheets 
2. PM finds an unsubmitted timesheet
3. They click on the clock icon Notify 
4. The user gets notified by email that timesheet is Overdue

 

To get an Overdue Notification automatically, you must use a Timesheet Approval process. Go to Administration - Processes, we provide a sample process called Project Manager Approval (ID proj_man_appr), check it out. You can modify it to suit your needs.
