With GSS 3.3 RU4, we can not save the image files to DVD/CD media directly. Because @CD-R is not displayed in.
Look in drop-down list when [Disk] - [To Image].
We can see DVD drive when [Disk] - [From Image].
Steps to duplicate:
1) Boot to a WinPE standard tools boot disk.
2) Select local > disk to > image
3) Select your source hard drive
Observe in the screenshots shared that there is no option to select the @cd-r

Known Issue.
The @ cd-r is ghost's display of cd, dvd or blue-ray burners. You can burn a ghost image directly to dvd using ghost. If a machine has an optical drive capable of burning it should be detected if there are no cd/dvd burners then it won't list it but it sounds like in this case it isn't detecting them.
This issue has been reported to Broadcom Development team. Currently targeted to a later release (GSS 3.3 RU5)
