Unable to create folder

Issue/Introduction
In our production environment, we are seeing the below error in one of the server. The action "create new folder" works on other machines but fails only on one server. Please find the below error and attached screenshot for more details. There seems to be no changes on the server side. We tried reinstalling nolio agent but we got the same error. Please let us know if you can join a screen sharing session to figure out the root cause.

Resolution
There was a file that was interfering with the functionality of the Agent.
Once the lib/wlfullclient.jar file was removed the agent worked and the folder was created as expected.
