Getting the following message when trying to access Application Performance Management WebView:
Application Performance Management 10.7 release.
This behavior indicates a performance problem in your MOM and Collectors.
This error message indicates a performance problem in your cluster which makes Webview not able to communicate with MOM, to solve this problem you should perform a cluster health check by following our knowledge article:

As a workaround, you can restart your MOM and Webview, you should be able to log in until the cluster performance starts to be bad again.
