Unable to change license type from Full License to Restricted or View Only

Issue/Introduction

A resource has been removed from all projects and the resource does not have any instance rights except to enter time for themselves. Why does the resource still have a full license?

Resolution

You can run the User Access Rights Detail report to see what rights the user has, and also the project association, to clean up any auto rights that were given to the user.

To access the report: Go to Reports > Administration > User Access Rights Details
