Issue/Introduction

This is an WAAE 11.3.6 SP8 environment under RHEL 7.

Last week we used eiam-clustersetup to create 2048 bit certificates in preparation to upgrade from WCC 11.4 SP6 to WCC 11.4 SP7

Today we stopped and started our WCC 11.4 SP6 Primary and Secondary instances for the first time since running eiam-clustersetup  last week.
(We have still not upgraded to WCC 11.4 SP7)

Both WCC's initialised ok but now we are experiencing the following errors from both the Quick View and Quick Edit tabs in WCC:

Quick view tab

E139012 Autosys error response: E180011 Login failed using Artifact=UserSession;Version-1.0;<long string of hex>
E131003 Error loading the job: E180010 Could not establish a connection to CA Workload Automation AE; invalid server context

Quick Edit tab

E180011 Login failed using Artifact=UserSession;Version-1.0;<long string of hex>

Environment

Release : 11.3.6

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

Run autosys_secure and regenerate the certificates
