Error importing entity certificate for HTTPS on UMP or Admin Console

Issue/Introduction

We have 3rd party 2048 type certificate for enabling https for UMP and Admin console.  The root and intermediate certificates are imported using the keytool without issues.  When running the keytool import command for the entity certificate, the following error message is encountered:

keytool error: java.lang.Exception: Failed to establish chain from reply

Environment

Release : 20.1

Cause

Algorithm used in the cert isn't supported by the java version used.

Resolution

Upgrade the java_jre probe to the latest version.  Then be sure to use that version when you run the command as instructed by the documentation.
