Please provide the document where it is mentioned that the firewall should be disabled while installing UIM and it is a mandate pre-requisite for installing the UIM and successful installation.

It is not a 'mandate' per se but it is a Best Practice and highly recommended.
Disabling a firewall temporarily in preparation for an software installation applies not only to UIM but to just about any enterprise/cloud monitoring software on the market. If you don't, it is most likely that you will run into some installation or connectivity issues, e.g., access to a file, ports/protocols being blocked, hub-robot connections being blocked, etc. Please refer to the documentation below.
