Clarity: Timesheet notes not updating properly in DWH tables

Issue/Introduction

Timesheet notes entered on timesheets are not available in DWH.

Environment

Release : 15.x

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Resolution

There are two tables in DWH which contain timesheet notes.

DWH_TME_SHEET_NOTE -- This contains notes that are entered for the timesheet.

DWH_TME_ENTRY_NOTE -- This contains notes that are entered on the Timeentry.

In this case the note was entered on a time entry and hence it needs to be validated in DWH_TME_ENTRY_NOTE table.

 

Both these fields are available in the Time Management Domain.
