How can we determine the IP address of our Clarity SaaS environment?

Release : 15.5, 15.7, 15.8

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Resolution

1- Open a "Command Prompt"

 

2- This will open a black window like the following:

3- Type "Ping cppm####.ondemand.ca.com"  Please be sure to replace the #### with your valid URL.

Please note that ping does not work with URLs.  Do not include: "https://" or any slashes "/"
