Issue/Introduction

Hi i'm in the process of adding 3 PTFS  to SYSVIEW 15.0.  I've applied the PTFs  and have copied the dataset below into the production versions since these are the dataset that seem to have been updated from the PTF's.  Testing is doing well on a clone system we have but one thing i'm noticing is that when i'm trying to view CICS activity, i'm getting CICS004W CICS monitor is not active  .  Is this something that could have been caused by the PTF's ?  I'm not sure on what causes this.

Resolution

We have seen this happen when customized members of the PARMLIB have been overwritten in the process of copying of new copy of the PARMLIB into the existing library.   Review the parmlib members to ensure that any customization has been retained.
