Custom Alarms do not show their Alarm Titles On Secondary OneClick Console

Issue/Introduction

Hello,

When Failing over to Secondary OneClick console, all custom alarms created in Primary console have an alarm title of 'N/A' in Secondary console.

Environment

Release : 10.3

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

To resolve issue:

Copy the contents of $SPECROOT/custom/Events/CsPCause directory to your secondary Oneclick Servers.

Once the files have been copied to the secondary One click server, you need to upload them to the Oneclick cache. To do that, navigate to that Oneclick admin page (http://ochost:port),click on administration, select the Reload button under "Update event and alarm files".
