Is CA Spectrum available as Software as a Service -  SaaS?  Or is Spectrum only On Prem

Resolution

As of Q2 in 2021, CA Spectrum is not available as SaaS and is available as on premises only.

Additional Information

Spectrum can be installed on cloud based servers, such as  AWS or Azure or Google cloud.
