Issue/Introduction

When making a change to a field in the UI, the change is not reflected in the database. 

Upon refreshing the Clarity page, the change reverts back in the UI as well. 

What could be causing this?

Resolution

This can be caused by a custom process making updates to this field when the value on this field is changed. The process would either need to be put On Hold or modified to allow the change to save.
