netapp_ontap not alerting - missed FULL Volume

Issue/Introduction

The netapp_ontap probe has been deployed and template configured to alert on a disk volume exceeding a certain threshold.
No alert is given even though the disk volume eventually fills up.

No errors are seen in the probe logs and there appears to be no indication that the template has been applied.

Environment

Component : UIM NETAPP

Netapp:1.24 

DX UIM 20.X

Resolution

1/ Backed up then removed the following probes and their folders from the hub:

ppm
baseline_engine
prediction_engine
netapp_ontap

 

2/ Rebooted the hub.

Patched the hub server for latest updates.

Rebooted the hub to complete updates then confirmed that there were no additional updates.

 

3/ Deployed the following probes were re-deployed:

ppm
netapp_ontap (using vanilla template)

4/ Rebooted the hub one further time then:

Added the filters back using the admin console and then deployed any custom templates over the top.

 

Threshold alerts started flowing from the probe.
