AE-AWI-UC4WS - Communication issue between Tomcat & AE after an outage

Issue/Introduction

After an outage on Tomcat, the communication between AWI/UC4WS & AE is not working as expected.
The WPs/CPs are started & able to run the Worklows but AWI can't be reached

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

Due to the outage, many ports were busy.
The command "netstat -nplt" (unix) revealed that there were many connection in "TIMEOUT" and "CONNECTED".

Therefore, AWI was unable to open a new connection to reach the AE.

Resolution

Restarted the whole server to cleanup the connections.
