API POST Filter on Alarms shows mismatch with Spectrum OneClick

Issue/Introduction

The API request "filter" does not give the right result when an advanced filter is used.

When we use filters composed of AND and OR, the filter API does not give the right result.
Whereas when we use a simple filter, the result is OK.

Resolution

Advanced filter do not work with REST API in Spectrum yet. 

The current Spectrum REST architecture is not equipped/designed to handle complex alarm filters, so as of now this is functioning as designed. Other customers have also reported this limitation as well. We do have an internal feature request (US600316) that has been added to the backlog in order to have this REST architecture upgraded in order to support these complex alarm filters.

This is unscheduled as of yet so there is no ETA on when it will be added.
