To request a RCA, please open a support case with the below details

  1. URL(s) impacted
  2. Incident # (if provided via a SaaS Notification)
  3. If no Incident # is available, please provide:
    1. The time frame the issue was observed
    2. Symptoms observed (IE not able to login)
