Compatibility of Automation Engine v12.3 to SAP S/4HANA 1709 version and SAP S4/HANA 1909 version

Issue/Introduction
We are currently running on the SAP S/4HANA 1709 version and there is a plan to upgrade our S4/HANA to 1909 version by end of this year.
The AE version we are running now is v 12.0 and we are planning to upgrade to v12.3.
Is there any dependent additional SAP transport that we need to include during the upgrade to AE v12.3 and will there be additional transport required for S4/HANA 1909 version?

Resolution
Our SAP Agent is compatible with SAP Basis. The Automation Engine has no compatibility with SAP HANA, which I presume you mean the database.Our SAP Agent is not concerned about which database SAP is running on.
Our AE does not interact directly with underlying sap s4/hana and does not have any insight into /upgrading SAP S4/ Hana . You can check our compatibility matrix (shared earlier) for AE compatibility with SAP agent.
