IDB2's BTRINCMT report doesn't show the SQL statement

Issue/Introduction

The IDB2 SQL incompatibility detail report BTRINCMT report doesn't show the SQL statement (as stated in the documentation sample report.)
Is there a parameter that needs to be enabled to obtain the SQL via the BTRINCMT report?  IFCID 376 is enabled.

Component : CA Insight Database Performance Monitor for DB for z/OS

Cause

There is no SQL Text for IDCID 376 with a STMT ID of zero. This seems to be an IBM bug (or some other non-described behavior).

Resolution

This is unexpected behavior as documented in IBM PMR TS003881725 with documentation updates via IBM apar PH26776
