Can not log in to IT Asset Manager. Nothing happens when clicking Log In

Issue/Introduction

Users are trying to login to IT Asset Manager. They enter their credentials. Nothing happens after clicking Log In. The login screen remains.

Resolution

This may occur if there is some conflicting data in memory. Reset IIS on the web server. Close and reopen the browser and retry the login.
