CA View - Session Freeze in a particular context in Job Mode

Issue/Introduction

The client applied a filter, with a Date and Time Interval selection, on the View Primary panel, using Job mode.

When several fast page scrollings down are followed by several fast page scrollings up, in the resulting report list, the user session hangs.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When using filters with a time and date interval selection in Job Mode,
hang or a performance issue occurs for user session when the user
performs several scroll downs followed by several scroll ups on Job
Selection List.
