Cause

Behavior Analysis belongs to two products which are part of the SES Complete license or previously available individually.

Symantec Endpoint Application Isolation and Symantec Endpoint Application Control

Resolution

Behavior Analysis is a component of the SES agent. You may encounter where in the Troubleshooting client UI it shows under Subscriptions Status that Behavior Analysis is set to not subscribed.

This is expected if you do not have a license which includes a subscription to Symantec Endpoint Application Isolation and Symantec Endpoint Application Control. Behavior Analysis is unrelated to other behavior based technologies such as SONAR.
