OPS/MVS MTC-A without ESM Microservices

Issue/Introduction

Trying to sign on the MTC-A webpage, we have the CCS message Hub and CCS message server are up and running.  I don't have the ESM setup yet, be I want to be able to present something with out doing all the work to setup ESM service.  When I try to logon to MTC-A I get 401 OK for URL: http://users.mtca.url. Is it possible to access MTC-A without ESM running?

Resolution

ESM Microservice is a required piece to run MTC-A.   End users will not be able to access the MTC-A URL without installing and configuring ESM.   This is by design for security reasons.
