TDM: LDAP Users are taking too long to perform their operations

CA Test Data Manager (Data Finder / Grid Tools)


Users that are logged into TDM using LDAP authentication take longer than the local administrator to perform the operations in TDM. Attached I took some screenshots showing how long they take to perform simple actions. This is a problem that are happening with the version 4.8 (in their prod environment) and still happens with 4.9.44 (installed on their test environment).
