Not able to view or edit services item

Issue/Introduction

Can we view or edit services item? We would have thought it should be possible on the Add/edit a Service page, but we cannot figure out how.

Environment

Release : 1.3.2

Component : CA DOI AO PLATFORM COMPONENTS

Resolution

The service shows up when there are cross pounding service alerts/alarms associated with the service during the time frame that you selected.

DOI on premise release 1.3.2 does not have edit/delete etc options on the services item.

View, edit and/or delete/deactivate service item features are being added in coming up (future) release of DOI SAAS and DOI on premise release 20.2.

We do not have ETA at this time for above future releases.
