CSV005I and U4012 abend at IDMS startup

Issue/Introduction

IDMS CV abends immediately at startup with:

CSV005I BLDL FAILED FOR MODULE , DCB NOT OPEN

followed by

MGE002I jobname- ABEND=S000 U4012 REASON=00000000

This may occur after an IPL.

 

Environment

Release: All supported releases.

Resolution

Verify that IDMSUXIT is in the startup STEPLIB in an APF LOADLIB.

IDMSUXIT should not be in LNKLIST since it is typically CV-specific. If it is in LNKLIST loadlib, that loadlib must be APF
