Issue/Introduction

Users are experiencing the following in the Clarity UI: 

  • Processes failing
  • Projects and other investment getting locked and remaining locked
  • Timesheets getting locked
  • Jobs getting stuck
  • Time slicing job fails

Resolution

The DBA needs to manually clear the blocking sessions to allow the remaining sessions to complete.
