PAM : PAM-UI-1702: No features are currently available

Issue/Introduction

Unable to access PAM GUI.

Error: PAM-CM-0039: Unable to perform the operation. Please contact System Administrator.
PAM-UI-1702: No features are currently available.

Cause

One or more registered DNS servers (to PAM nodes) is not reachable.

Resolution

[Configuration] -> [Network] -> [Network Settings].

Verify all registered DNS servers are online and reachable from PAM node.
 
[Configuration] -> [Tools] -> [Port Scan]

Run the scan for port 53 of registered DNS servers and confirm all DNS Servers are reachable.

Additional Information

This issue is not happening if cluster is disabled.

In case PAM is running on AWS/Azure, temporary turn off cluster because DNS servers are not editable.
