Notes and Attachemnts are not saved when the Catalog Request is opene thorugh USS.

For the attachment and notes synchonization problem, follow the instructions below:
1. Refer to the Documentation:
Synchronize Notes and Attachments
2. Ensure that the email address for the user in EEM, Service Desk, Service Catalog and USS (Control_Panel) are exact the same.
3. Go to CATALOG_HOME\R17.1_RU1_Scripts\ , execute sql script configureMSSQLMDB-SP2.sql ( if it is MS SQL ) via MS SQL management studio .
4. After that , recycle Service Catalog service and then USS services .
5. Clear browser cache
