Collaboration Tab not showing up for some people/projects

Issue/Introduction

The Collaboration tab doesn't display for some people when viewing a project.

Same user can see the Collaboration tab on some projects, but not on others.

What may cause this?

Environment

Release : All Releases

Component : Clarity  Collaboration

Resolution

The Collaboration tab will only display if the person viewing is either a project participant or if they have the ' Project - View Documents' access right over that project.
