 Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.

Cause

Unsupported java command

Release : 10.7

Component : Hotfix 

Resolution

Receiving the fatal exception because -j is an unknown java command line switch.

The command to install the hotfix is

java -jar APM10.7.0-HF54.jar
