Is there a way to have a URL to bypass SSO if it goes down?

Release : 15.8

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Resolution

It is an SSO environment, and if SSO goes down, it will be ensured to have SSO is up and running. There is no provision of getting to the system without SSO. Because of federated SSO, it is possible to hit the CPPM URL, but it will be redirected to SSO.
