Default Timezone objects in client 0 are visible in Timezone Picker of other clients

Issue/Introduction

In AWI, it is possible to choose a default Timezone (TZ) in client 0 with the Timezone Picker of objects in other clients.

After the TZ object is picked it does not work.

For instance, you want to attach a TZ to a Job Schedule (JSCH) and you pick a default TZ object from client 0. After saving the JSCH object and starting it, the period turnaround is not set according to the chosen Timezone from client 0, but according to the default of the client.

Cause

The default Timezones in Client 0 are visible in the Timezone Picker, but shouldn't be.

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
